You can cancel your CooWriter AI subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Here's what you need to know:

  • • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • • You'll continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires
  • • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan (50 credits total, one-time)
  • • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Refund Policy

Every new user receives 50 free credits to try our service before subscribing. This allows you to test all features and make an informed decision.

Refunds may be considered for significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent normal use of the service. Please contact support with details of any service-related problems.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)

Important Notes

  • • API costs from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are non-refundable
  • • Refunds only apply to CooWriter AI subscription fees
  • • Generated content and usage data may be retained for service improvement
  • • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions
